We are currently working on a new website that will be a free site for brokers to work with their pipelines online.

We do not have a ETA for this site yet, but we are trying for spring 2009. This site will start off slow but more and more features will be added as we go. We want to thank you for all your support over the last few years. We look forward to become a great resource for mortgage brokers. Check back for more updates on the way as we get closer.

I want the new site to be something you will enjoy using and something that will help you in your career. I don't want to rush to just put out somthing that isn't that good and will be of no help to anyone.

If you have not noticed, I have lowered all the priced. Most have been lowered 50% or more. They will stay at this price. Because I have not had time to work on any updates and don't know if I will be for some time with the building of the new site. It made no sense to charge full price for the products. If you are looking to purchase any of the templates and products. Now is a great time. All that have purchased from Pipeline Magic before the launch of the new site will get an added bonus when the new site goes live.

I hope you like the new look of this site. I thought it was time for a new look. I got tired of looking at that old blue. The products were down for a bit because of some updates to the site. Sorry for any delay but they are all available again now.
