Will I receive free updates?

A. Yes! With your
purchase you will receive free software updates until the next version. Example
: If you purchase version 1.0, you will receive free updates until version 2.0 :
(at which time a small upgrade fee will be required). A new version means that
we have completely overhauled our existing product (essentially creating a brand
new program) - until this point, all improvements will be considered "updates"
to the existing program.

Q. Do you have a refund
policy?

A. You bet. We offer this
money back guarantee : If one of our products does
not function properly on your computer, and you have adhered to the program
requirements section and after the failure of our support team to provide
solution to the problem, you will unquestionably be entitled to a full refund.

Is it free?

A. We offer email
technical support 7 days of the week (at this time we do not offer phone or live
chat support). We include free
technical support along with the purchase of one of our applications. This
support includes assistance with installation & product operational questions
or
issues.

Q. Should I wait to
purchase? When will the next version be ready?

A. If you purchase
within 1 month of the release of a new version. You will receive the new version
free so there is no need to wait.

Q. How
many computers can I put these products on? |

You can put these products on as many computers as you want right now.
This will change in the future.

Q. How
long do I have to download these products? |

A.
You can download your product for 30 days after purchase unless you purchase the
extended download offer at time of purchase. The extended plan will allow
you to download your products for 2 years. The must be purchased at time
of purchase only. The Mega combo package includes the extended plan.

Q. Can I
import and export to any other program other then Calyx Point? |
|

A. No. Not at this time. The only programs that will allow you to
import and export at this time are: Snapshot 2.2, PreQual Magic v2 and
Processing v2. You can also import and export your data between these
programs.

Q. Is it
hard to import and export? |
|
| |
A. No. These programs come with a template file that needs to be added to
your Calyx Point Software. A video is included that shows you how to do
this. You will also get a video showing you how to import and export.
